STUDIO can offer vinyl, CDs and merchandise alongside digital music. Share the product catalog, variants, SKUs, prices, inventory, territories and approved artwork with your EVEN team.
Checkout and inventory
Choose EVEN checkout or Shopify checkout. Shopify remains the source of truth for its catalog and stock. The app syncs hourly; EVEN checkout also checks availability live. Inventory decrements for EVEN orders are off by default and must be agreed before launch.
Fulfillment and returns
Keep your existing fulfillment partner or discuss shipping arrangements with EVEN. The agreement determines responsibilities and costs. All physical returns require partner approval.
Fees and taxes
EVEN’s physical-sales fee is 5% of physical product sales excluding taxes and shipping under either checkout model. EVEN handles transaction taxes for EVEN checkout; the partner’s store handles them for Shopify checkout. Payouts and deductions follow the agreement.
Chart offers
Physical and digital products have different reporting requirements. Confirm the offer with EVEN before attaching early access, bundles or other incentives to a chart-reported purchase.
