What does the Touring section include?
What the Touring section covers across presale signups, codes, waitlists and STAY hotel booking, where the ticketer's role begins and ends, and what it costs to turn on.
The Touring section covers the full presale lifecycle: presale signups on the artist’s site, community around the tour, unique presale codes delivered by text and email, waitlists when shows sell out, and hotel booking on every date through STAY.
What Touring is for
Touring gives a tour one direct path from fandom to registration, presales, ticket access, waitlists, hospitality and live experiences, all on the artist’s own site. Every fan who registers is a fan the campaign can contact again, for the next run of dates or the next release.
Where the ticketer fits
Tickets stay with your ticketer. EVEN runs the parts around the ticket sale: the signup, the fan data, the codes, the community and the hotel booking. Nothing about your ticketing relationship changes.
Codes and waitlists
Each fan gets their own presale code, sent by text and email when the tour goes live, and redeems it at the ticketer. No codes circulate publicly on social, so bots and brokers have nothing to pick up from a post. When a show sells out, fans join the waitlist for that date, and EVEN notifies them as spots open.
STAY
EVEN STAY lets fans book hotels worldwide from the artist’s site, with competitive rates and a fan discount. Prices, included charges and cancellation terms vary by the selected booking and are shown in its offer.
EVEN handles booking support for EVEN STAY. The artist’s team has no additional booking-support work or commitment, and receives booking data and its agreed share of revenue.
Cost and your existing stack
Touring costs nothing to turn on, and the team earns a revenue share on every hotel booking, so it brings in revenue rather than adding a cost. It runs the presale your team is already running, and the signup, data, code delivery and waitlist tooling all come with it. It connects to your existing CRM, and you can feature VIP packages on the tour page alongside the dates.
