How do we request changes to a live STUDIO?
Send approved release or content changes to EVEN; release settings are not editable in the dashboard.
Send changes to your EVEN team in the shared campaign thread, or use the support form and choose Release or content update. Include the affected URL, current content, exact replacement and requested date, time and time zone.
Release settings
Release details, pre-order and launch dates, minimum prices and instance settings are not editable in the dashboard by admins or members. EVEN implements and publishes those changes through the release workflow. A request does not automatically update the live site.
Changes available in the dashboard
Shopify settings and order-sync actions require Shopify sync permission for members. Dotdigital credentials, sync actions and scheduling are admin-only. Members can view the corresponding pages where their page access allows it.
Inventory and campaign timing
Shopify’s app sync is hourly, with a manual push available through EVEN. EVEN checkout also checks stock live. Confirm inventory-decrement behavior during setup. The dashboard’s five-minute refresh is a separate schedule.
Chart-sensitive changes
Ask EVEN to review anything that changes the registered offer, pricing, release date or territory treatment before it is announced. Supply the approval contact and deadline so the team can coordinate the change.
