What does my team need to provide to launch a campaign?

The five inputs a label or artist team supplies for a STUDIO campaign, why UPC and ISRC accuracy matters, what the offer covers, who you work with at EVEN, and how the calendar is set.

Your team provides five things: the music, the artwork and creative, the UPC and ISRCs, the offer, and the domain if you are bringing your own. Your EVEN team builds the campaign from there.

The music

You send the music as WAV files, or your distributor delivers it by DDEX. EVEN already has DDEX delivery set up with the majors and the leading independents, so most releases flow in on a feed that exists already and nobody has to configure anything new. Direct WAV upload works just as well, and EVEN can send you delivery documentation on request.

Metadata that has to be right

Your team needs a valid UPC on the album and an ISRC on every track. EVEN does not issue either one, so they come from your distributor or your own ISRC agency. Wrong or missing codes are the most common reason sales fail to report, so your EVEN team checks them during setup rather than at street date.

The offer

The offer is your pricing, which can be a minimum, a suggested price or a fixed price. It also covers which tracks come early, any exclusives or bonus content, and the physical products. Campaigns that report to the charts carry a price floor, and EVEN applies the right one during setup so your pricing stays within applicable chart rules.

Who you work with

You work with a dedicated team across Client Services and Artist Relations, in a shared thread that runs from kickoff to the end of the campaign. EVEN handles fan support the whole way through, so your team never has to staff a support queue for the release.

The calendar

A standard build typically takes 72 hours once approved assets and required information are ready. A 12-hour turnaround can be supported when confirmed by EVEN. For US reporting, a new storefront URL needs approval at least 14 days before offers go live; an already approved, live URL needs no new URL approval. Every UK campaign needs 14 days’ notice to OCC and Kantar, even on an existing URL. Custom experiences need seven days’ notice. EVEN builds these deadlines and your sign-off into the campaign calendar.
