What does STUDIO cost?
No monthly fee. Digital terms follow your agreement; the physical-sales fee is 5% excluding tax and shipping.
STUDIO has no monthly fee and no additional build charge. The existing agreement sets the digital revenue share, so teams already working with EVEN have nothing new to negotiate for that share. Teams new to EVEN receive terms through Request access.
Physical sales
The fee is 5% of physical product sales after excluding taxes and shipping. It applies to both EVEN checkout and Shopify checkout.
For an order with $100 in physical products, $10 in tax and $8 in shipping, the physical-sales fee is $5. The tax and shipping amounts are excluded before applying the percentage.
Payouts and deductions
Payment schedules and the treatment of refunds, chargebacks, taxes and processing fees are governed by the existing agreement. Confirm the checkout and fulfillment model with EVEN so responsibilities are clear before launch.
Custom experiences and messaging
Custom experiences require seven days’ notice and have no additional build cost. Fan Connect email is free. SMS is $0.01 per message for every STUDIO customer and territory.
Touring and EVEN STAY
There is no additional activation cost for Touring. EVEN STAY provides an agreed share of hotel-booking revenue. Fulfillment arrangements and any other campaign-specific costs remain governed by the agreement.
